Welcome.
Welcome.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and non-pathologising. I work from the understanding that therapy isn't about fixing or optimising yourself, but about finding room to be human in a world that often demands otherwise. I view therapy as a relational process where healing happens through genuine connection - a space where you can bring hidden or denied parts of yourself into the light and find your way forward at your own pace.
I'm a BACP-registered person-centred counsellor based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I work with people navigating interpersonal and intrapersonal issues, cultural displacement, life transitions, chronic illness, and the questions around identity, belonging, and 'otherness' that these experiences can bring.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, particularly sexual and domestic abuse. My work is informed by understanding the relationship between trauma and the body, and I believe embodiment has an essential place in the therapy room. My bicultural/bilingual background also deeply shapes my work and my understanding of the psyche. You can read more about my approach and background at the links below.
I currently offer in-person sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Leith, Edinburgh. Online sessions are available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
You can book a free initial 20-minute chat below to see if we might be a good fit.
My standard rate is £60 per session. If this is a barrier for you, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots (currently all taken, but please enquire if you'd like to be placed on the waiting list).
